           The Danang Automobile Transport Association is a voluntary socio-professional organization of Vietnamese economic organizations and businesses in Danang City operating in the field of automobile transport and related fields. Its common purpose is to unite and consolidate its members, operate regularly and non-profitably to protect the legitimate rights and interests of its members and the community; support each other in effective operations, and contribute to socio-economic development.

          DANATA operates under the Charter approved by the People's Committee of Da Nang City under Decision No. 2569/QD-UBND dated 11/0/2026, in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, with the following objectives:

          - To foster economic linkages among members, exploiting the potential of members in the road transport business, helping each other to supplement and improve technical infrastructure and business operations to achieve high economic efficiency. To encourage and guide members to improve and enhance the quality of operations in the road transport sector.

           - Regularly exchange information on price fluctuations, transportation needs, supply and consumption sources, spare parts supply, and other important information affecting road transport.

          - Organize seminars and conferences to exchange professional experience, advanced scientific and technological knowledge in road transport among members, continuously improve professional skills, and expand international relations.

           - Provide feedback and recommendations to the Da Nang city government and relevant agencies on policies, measures, and strategies for development, improvement, and enhancement of service quality in the country's industrialization and modernization process.

           - To uniformly apply necessary solutions to protect the legitimate rights of members. To establish a fund to compensate members who suffer legitimate losses in cases where they must comply with Decisions and Resolutions to ensure the interests of the majority of other members.

           - To guide and advise members on legal, operational, commercial, investment, and technical issues related to vehicles. To coordinate and resolve issues arising in the practical operation of transportation among members.

            - To establish relationships with industry organizations and economic sectors to expand production and business development opportunities for members.
